Our story
Organic, naturally gluten-free, leavened with rice sourdough, and made with rice and sorghum flours, Chambelland’s breads and pastries combine indulgent flavor with excellent nutritional value. Blending technical innovation with tradition, round loaves and baguettes give way to indulgent, rectangular-shaped loaves. The Chambelland baker is committed to a different vision of bread, choosing to innovate rather than imitate (*certified by Alpes Contrôles).
